3D Printing

Realization are made in the selected 3D printing technology according to customer needs. Our solutions enable implementation of complex geometries in a short time, with a variety of materials and at a realistic price.

We specialize in 3D printing technologies: FDM, SLA, MJF and SLM.

3D printing - SLM

This is a 3D printing technology based on selective melting with a laser beam. Thanks to it, it is possible to obtain precise and homogeneous sintered metal powders. We use titanium alloys, cobalt chrome and stainless steel to produce details.

3D printing - MJF

Multi Jet Fusion is a 3D printing method in which elements are made of powder. We use polyamide powders which after melting have different properties depending on the polyamide chosen.

No supports are used in this method, as the elements are based on on the unmelted powder, which covers the whole working chamber layer by layer. Therefore, it is possible to make more precise and complicated parts can be made.

3D printing - SLA

Stereolithography is another 3D printing technology based on laser beam curing of light-cured resin.

In the SLA method we use various types of light-curing resins, allowing to make printouts: transparent or in any color, rigid or flexible.

For each order we select the type of resin individually, so that the printout meets the customer's expectations.

3D printing- FDM

The most popular 3D printing technology today, which allows you to quickly obtain a functional prototype for a reasonable price.

The FDM (fused deposition modeling) method involves melting a wire of thermoplastic material in a hot nozzle. Characteristic for this technology are visible borders of successive layers of print, as well as the need to make supports in elements inclined by 45 degrees.

In the final process we remove the visibility of the layers by sandblasting or chemical treatment.
