2. The next details on the list are formwork spot repair.
They are used to repair the damaged part of the surface of formwork panels.
Compared to the generally available product on the market, they are made of plastic (POM), so they do not absorb water. This ensures durability against weathering and the possibility of repeated use of the product.
They are made in the shape of a disc of Ø60 mm or Ø40 mm, 3 mm thick, in color gray .

Option A) Universal 4in1 plug for formwork
Universal plug with a diameter of Ø21 - 24.6 mm for formwork:

XXL Ø28 mm plugs are used to plug technological openings e.g. in RASTO type shuttering boards.
When starting formwork works, unused technological openings should be secured before pouring concrete into them.
XXL plugs for formwork, thanks to the collar and rings, are firmly fixed in the hole, ensuring its accurate sealing.

VZ plug Ø22 mm for formwork tubes:

Formwork plugs with a diameter of Ø22 mm are used to plug technological holes in VZ boards. They can also be used as a plug for formwork tubes, which seal and protect the hole from concrete flooding.
They enable fast shuttering, increase work efficiency and reduce the use of two-component glue.
